Statistics
An article “How much of intelligence and personality is inherited?” published on University of edinbrugh concludes that approximately 70% of our intelligence quotient (IQ) is inherited from our parents. The research also suggests that bad DNA varients can also cause lower IQ and may also make a person stupid.
Another research paper “Genomic analysis of family data reveals additional genetic effects on intelligence and personality” strongly suggests that from evolutionary genetic perspective, higher IQ is directly related to genetics which cause individual differences in intelligence and education.

I have also read the “Brotherson Report” which suggests that, at three years old, Children’s brains are twice as active as adults.
Also children score higher on tests after weekly quizzes, as reported by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. These findings emphatically endorse the impact of quizzes on learning retention.
